It’s really nice going with a company that takes pride and care into what they offer. And McLeary’s far exceeds those expectations. They were able to help point us in the right direction without any kind of pressure, and helping get us what we desired. There were many customization options to choose from, and you truly get more than what you pay for. Even though what we ordered had a wait time of 7 weeks (which is average for custom made furniture here in Canada), they were able to keep their promise on delivery date. The movers we had were spectacular. Communicated the whole way, making sure nothing got damaged, and friendly at the same time and very professional. Really makes a difference! McLeary’s furniture was a fortuitous discovery for us. We had never heard of this company and are delighted that we became aware of them before purchasing furniture. The selection was varied providing options that suited our preferences. One thing that was clear in all of the furniture options was outstanding quality. The pricing was competitive with large discount stores but the main differentiating factors are the quality and the ability to customize. We were able to modify sizes and provide stain samples to match cabinetry at our home and the end result is amazing furniture in our house giving it the look of a show home. On the process side of their operation, Cam was very helpful clarifying the steps required and timeline and arranged delivery with Pete. The furniture arrived as promised and was set up nicely in our home. Every contact we had with McLeary was a positive and reflective of an outstanding organization that is deserving of your consideration.

Our furniture from here is so beautiful, and the customer service is really awesome. My husband and I purchased a coffee table and bedroom set. On furniture, you get what you pay for (stop buying cheap and fast furniture!). The furniture here is real solid wood, and made locally. I know it will last. And it’s made with near perfection IMO. We also had some moving timelines that we were trying to sync up with the furniture delivery and they accommodated that! It was so helpful because our moving and house timelines were already stressful. We are looking forward to buying more furniture for our home in the future!

Wow…Selection, Service & Quality! The ultimate hat-trick! From my first phone call (which made me feel the drive from Port Moody would be worth it) to delivery & set-up of our Wesley Allen bed (which is top quality disguised in a lovely package), the service was stellar.
