I’m happy! Just received my new dining room set and it is gorgeous. Cam was really, really helpful in every way while I hemmed and hawed, changed my mind, changed it again, tried this combination, then that one. Professional throughout the entire indecision on my part, Cam patiently answered all my questions and gave very good suggestions of things that maybe I should be thinking about. Not even a hint of anything like hard sell. Cam’s style was very relaxed with an honest ‘no hurry’ attitude. Not only Cam, but all staff members I had interaction with, whether in person or on the phone, were very respectful and personable. And also furniture is Canadian, much of it made locally in BC! You can’t beat that!

I had been shopping for a Hide-a-bed. My search began at the major department stores. However, we did not find anything that suited our needs. In the subsequent search, I discovered Mcleary’s Furniture. Glenn at Mcleary’s, was great to work with, he is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He worked with my requests and was never in a rush to make a sale. He and I went over all the relevant details of a floor model hide-a-bed. I quickly found a suitable hide-a-bed. It was great that we could actually choose from dozens of different styles of fabrics and colours! After a couple of follow up visits, we purchased a high quality “custom made” hide-a-bed for less money than any other store. It was well worth the wait for the piece of furniture to be constructed. Mcleary’s definitely carries well constructed furniture at reasonable prices. Glenn and the delivery staff at Mcleary’s did a great job. Glenn F was an amazing help to me! I walked into the store and told him I was looking for a dining room table & chairs. He said, “let me show you the best deal on the floor”, and then he proceed to show me exactly what I had been looking for! It was delivered this morning and I couldn’t be more thrilled about how it looks in my house. The two delivery guys were excellent, early, and respectful, and Glenn followed up to ensure all was well. What amazing customer service. I will definitely shop there again! Thank you!

I recently purchased a couch from McLeary’s. I did a lot of it over email with Cam. He was very helpful. I had a ton of questions and he was kind enough to answer all of them with great patience and detail. He made it a seamless buying experience. I will certainly return to them in the future when I buy other furniture and would certainly recommend them to others!

We had a fantastic experience, very helpful and knowledgeable staff, quality-made furniture, and superb movers. Every step of the way Mcleary’s was a pleasure to deal with. It’s really nice going with a company that takes pride and care into what they offer. And McLeary’s far exceeds those expectations. They were able to help point us in the right direction without any kind of pressure, and helping get us what we desired. There were many customization options to choose from, and you truly get more than what you pay for. Even though what we ordered had a wait time of 7 weeks (which is average for custom made furniture here in Canada), they were able to keep their promise on delivery date. The movers we had were spectacular. Communicated the whole way, making sure nothing got damaged, and friendly at the same time and very professional. Really makes a difference! I was perusing McLeary’s website and fell in love with The Cuddle Chair. I stopped by the store just browsing and saw the Cuddle Chair and spoke with Tanya. There were so many fabric swatch booms to look through. Tanya helped to narrow down fabric choices to go with my new reno and blue kitchen cabinets. I can’t wait for my Cuddle Chair to curl up in and read a book and relax! I might have to buy another Cuddle Chair, everyone wants to use mine! Thank you McLeary’s for the excellent customer service. I would love to furnish my whole house with all the gorgeous furniture!
