We received our leather recliners purchased from Glen at McLeary’s. We were very impressed with the customer service in all areas right down to the friendly delivery team. We are very pleased with the quality of the chairs and the time Glen took with us considering how undecided we were when we first entered the store. Excellent store with lot of collections on wooden furniture. Best thing is they are locally made and you have the flexibility to customize on existing show piece or create something completely new. The people are excellent and provide best price for the items.

“The Mcleary’s Experience”

We recently purchased an Entertainment Cabinet from Mcleary’s.
The quality and colour were exactly what we wanted. Glenn the Sales Representative was very helpful and very accommodating.

The cabinet was delivered on time and as promised but we realized a few hours later the colour was darker than what we ordered. Glenn was contacted and agreed and said ”this isn’t what you ordered and we will replace it”. There was zero hesitation and zero “push back”…it wasn’t what we ordered so it was replaced.

Pete the Delivery Co-ordinator was also extremely accommodating to our schedule.

In summary, we highly recommend Mcleary’s as an ethical, honest company that exemplifies what
the concept of “customer service” really is all about!

We can’t give them a 5 out of 5 for quality and service but instead they earned a 6 out of 5!

Amazing customer service, well built products, great prices. Cam our sales person was extremely knowledgeable about all the furniture. He took the time to explain everything to us, including fabric choices, wood types and was upfront with cost, and wait time for custom furniture. I will be going back for any future furniture needs. Great service, great products, amazing customer service and Canadian made, what more could you want?
